Payment preferences
How customers can pay, what the default payment schedule looks like, and whether a signature is required.
Accept credit & debit cards
Turn on to show “Pay Now” buttons and payment links to customers. When off, no card-payment UI shows anywhere and “Pay upon signing” is hidden from the payment schedule.
Require signature
When on, customers must sign to approve a quote and must sign before paying an invoice. When off, both are optional — the signature capture stays available on every quote and invoice either way.
Accept Cash / Check
Show a “Pay by check” option on your quotes with your payable-to name and any instructions.
Default payment schedule
New quotes start with this. You can change it per-quote.
Stripe integration
Coming soonConnect a Stripe account to accept credit & debit card payments directly from your hosted quotes and invoices. When connected, “Send payment link” will email or text a real Stripe Checkout link and invoices will flip to Paid the moment the customer’s card is charged.
