Quote preferences

Square-footage helper, default expiration, and the messages that go out with your quotes and invoices.

No expiration by default
When on, new quotes are open-ended and never auto-expire. You can still set an expiration per-quote in the builder.

How many days a new quote is valid for by default. Editable per-quote.

Square footage calculator
Adds a square-footage field to new quotes that auto-fills the Materials line item quantity. Best for flooring, paint, drywall, etc.
Automated messages
Sent alongside the link when you click “Send now” on a quote or invoice. Email and text are stubbed until Stripe / email / SMS are wired up. Use {customer}, {business}, {amount} (invoices only), and {link}.
